On 7-8 June, a conference on Late Minoan IA pottery was co-organized at the INSTAP Study Center for East Crete, in Pacheia Ammos, by our alumna Emilia Oddo, with papers by our faculty Eleni Hatzaki, our Rawson Visiting Scholar Jan Driessen, our alumnae Evi Gorogianni and Emilia Oddo, and our graduate student Charles Sturge.
The exquisite Bronze Age artifacts recovered from the Griffin Warrior Tomb in Pylos by our own Jack Davis and Shari Stocker will go on display in North America for the first time this month at the J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles.
