James Talk on Women in Comedy

Sharon L. James (University of North Carolina Chapel Hill) will speak on "Lessons from Looking at Women in Comedy" in room 308 Blegen. A reception hosted by the Classics graduate students to be held in the Blegen lobby immediately following the lecture. Professor James has published widely on sex, gender, rape, Roman love elegy, and Greek and Roman New Comedy.
