Fabric:coarse pale brown sandstone, very hard and dense
Shape:planocortex, with smaller end, broadening markedly

Dimensions:L: 0.136, W: 0.214, MTh; 0.077
Remarks:JFC 6/7/93: looks superficially like an end fragment of a sandstone saddle quern, but it is not fragmentary. Could be a suitable shaped stone used expediently for grinding purposes, but no clear signs of wear anywhere. Natural stone. CR 9/7/93: natural stream cobble; not artifactual
