TrayContents

(Dev Manual)

One record = one or more bag of pottery belonging to a single SU in a storage tray

General Info

Our pottery is stored with other project's ceramics in large store rooms on the site. We label our trays with our project name and a number. The number is recorded in the TrayNum table. This table allows a one-to-many relationship between the TrayNum and the TrayContents.

Relationships

TrayContents is related to TrayNum and to an occurrence of the SU table named SUCheckforTrays, which is there for validation purposes only.

Edit Data

There is no link to the TrayNum table but it can be selected via the layout menu Data Entry->TrayNum.
