From large open vessel. Biscuit buff,
not well compacted, burnished inside
and out, surface pitted. Cross-hatching
in fairly dull red paint on exterior;
one finger mark and other bits of same
paint on interior.
Reminiscent of Lerna I or earliest
Lerna II pottery (JLC, ME, 1968). The
rest of the deposit is earlier than
E.H. II but probably later than
Kephala (JEC, 1968). DEW I-199
