Form Description: Wide mouth.
Fabric Description: Somewhat soft, smooth bright orange fabric, fully fired; sand inclusions, probably local.

References: Sharply turned rolled rim such as on amphoras from Corinth (Slane 1990, nos. 230, 243 fig. 28; #230 has different fabric and much smaller rim diameter, context 3rd 1/4 1st c. AD; #243 has a similar sounding fabric but again much smaller rim diameter, context 2nd 1/2 4th cy. A.D.). Also similar are Dr 21-22 from Campania, 1st cy. A.D. (but different fabric).
