Fabric: marble/limestone
Shape: flat & finished on underside, deep indentation on top to make basin.
Decoration:
Dimensions: d. roughly 0.23 m, not perfectly round; height: 13 cm
Remarks: flat side probably originally the top as well finished, chisel marks below, not meant to be seen. Therefore, this is a top of a waist-high stand. Reuse by turning upside down and hollowing out unevenly (one side thicker than other) -- to create a mortar? Similar to unpublished mortars/tomb marker bases in Sparta Museum.
