One record = one document and its trench association

General Info

Since there can be multiple documents per trench, and in theory, multiple trenches referred to in a single document, the DocumentsLink table provides the ability to have a many-to-many relationship.

Relationships

DocumentsLink is related to Documents only via Documents::SerialNum = DocumentsLink::SerialDocument. 

Edit Data

There is no direct link to the DocumentsLink table, but it can be found via the layout menu at Links->DocumentsLink.

Our documents tend to be specific to a trench and usually this data is only entered once a year. The layout is found in the layouts menu in Data Entry -> Documents List.
