One record = one document
General Info
Documents refer to the field reports, matrices, and other similar items created during the field season. The documents are cataloged here and placed in a particular folder on the web server so they can be downloaded directly from the database.
The field that calculates the URL is URLPDF.
Relationships
Documents is related to DocumentsLink only via Documents::SerialNum = DocumentsLink::SerialDocument.
Edit Data
Our documents tend to be specific to a trench and usually this data is only entered once a year. The layout is found in the layouts menu in Data Entry -> Documents List.
