The Documents List layout is for data entry using the same techniques as the Media-Large layout.

Data Entry-In the field

The fields (a-f) are all entered manually. The documents should already be converted to pdf format. When entering the name of the file (a) do not use the extension, just the file name. Category (d) is a pop-up menu describing the various types of documents we write: field reports, field notebook, etc. The subject (usually just a trench name) is listed in the Subject(s) field (f).
