Buff biscuit, unslipped. Lustrous paint
mottled red to black. Ribbon handle.
Disk base with flat bottom. Interior
coated red. Handle and adjoining part
of body coated. On side, five crocuses
alternating with leaf motives, casually
drawn, rising from bands. Band around
foot. Shape, roughly, Furumark Fig. 15,
type 221, but lower part more attenu-
ated.
