Semi-coarse orange fabric with many
inclusions, pale orange slip, black paint
faded to a shadow in many places. Shoulde
of a large jar, horiz. loop handle.
Band of paint on upper shoulder and two
bands below frieze. Handles painted.
Deep field of rather naturalistic flowers
-crocuses (FMIO:I) and one lily (FM9),
shown growing up between leaves. Most of
P.T.O
KA.619,14-16
the flowers slope obliquely to the left and some overlap
one another.
