Gray surface with streaky paint, shading
to tan (perhaps where the paint has worn
off); reddish core. Shape is squat
globular, though lower body is missing,
with a tall upright (sl. outturned) rim
of a wide mouth that has a ledge for lid.
Thin upright spout leans back toward rim;
unpierced, non-functional. Two handles
(one missing) horiz. attached, rise
vertically; broad, rolled. Late 5th c.
