Fine pink-buff biscuit, pale, almost
white slip; decorated in lustrous brown/
black paint. Shape FS 103, with horiz. lip
shallow moulding at base of neck, flat
bottom; vertical handle is pres. quite
low on shoulder; non-joining rim and neck
KB.410, 411,424,425,426 frag. show attachment for spout. Decor:
Curved striped on top of lip%3B on neck,

Running Spiral, FM 46:32; on shoulder,
2 rows of Foliate Band, FM 64:7, row of small filled
discs below%; on body, alternating zones (3of each) of
Foliate Band, FM 64:7, and Double Axes (cf. FM 35:1,
but Pendant is more pronounced); small Sea Anemone
between each pair of Double Axes in 2 upper zones;
simple Tricurved arches on groundline of lowest zone,
3 narrow lines below.
