Depressed globular profile that continues
into plain flat base. Three round
horizontal handles stand upright on
shoulder. Outcurving rim (broken).
Very fine buff fabric, pink at core;
very smooth on exterior surface.
Decorated with black-brownish glaze:
(over)
neck painted solid (inside and out); three groups
of pendant semicircles (scales?); solid handles
connected by three groups of 5 or 6 undulating
isolated waves. Two bands around lower body,
one circular band under base.
Furumark type LH II A and B, Mycenaean.
