Semi-coarse brown-red biscuit with very
small white grits; dark gray to brown at
rim on outer surface; chocolate brown
on inner surface. Burnished inside and
out.
Profile nearly vertical, tapering to
rounded lip. Palpable irregularity at
rim suggests curve to spout or the like
(possibly a very heavy sauceboat ??).
Otherwise the rim suggests Neolithic
bowl shape.
See other two sherds of similar ware
in lot.
