Rather fine, soft pinkish-buff biscuit
with lustrous buff slip. Decorated in
lustrous red-brown paint.Bottom of bowl
is conical, with almost straight sides,
curving slightly in toward rim. Short,
rounded, spreading lip. Two flat, arched
handles from rim. Flat hollowed bottom.
Decoration: Rim painted inside and out.
Handle zone has large curved-stem spiral
(FM 4910:10). Underneath are two horizon-
tal bands. Band just above stem, which is
coated top to bottom. Wide band circles
base at edge. L H III A (ELC) Handle has
stripe along each edge, connected in 2 places by horizontal bands.
