Attic, moderately good, black glaze. At
center of bowl, circle enclosing figure
of satyr sitting on amphora, holding
horn. In front of his right knee, a
wine skin.
"to be put somewhere in the neighbor
hood of ARV pp. 139-144 (Pithos Painter
to Heraion Painter). In shape this may
be a North-Slope cup (Bloesch FAS pl. 33,
and 34,1, but of this too I am not sure
