Fine pink-buff biscuit with some pebble
particles; surface smoothed inside, poli-
shed out.Decorated with lustrous black
paint, coating entire inside except for
reserve stripe below rim; outside, 1 broad
& 1 narrow stripe at rim, broad stripe
with a narrow on either side below han-
dles. Vertical stripe through bands and
over handle with stripe on either side.
In shoulder zone: 3 sets of 9 concentric
circles, zig-zag line at top of zone.
Arched round handles. Athenian possibly. Attic. Developed
proto-geometric. Middle to 2nd half of 10th C. E.L.S.
