1:4 Rather coarse red-brown biscuit with
dark grey core. Surface smoothed, brown
to red-brown, blackened, particularly
around rim. Flat bottom to bowl with
sides curving in to horizon tal rim,
bevelled. Lower part, or stand, probably
slightly flaring. Two spouts, opposite,
with handles or lugs between, on either
side.
